CITRA is an association of the 1901 law type: as such, it responds to a number of obligations in terms of structural organization, defined in its statutes deposited in the prefecture.
Every year an Ordinary General Meeting is held (traditionally during the second quarter of the year), in which the constitution of the Board of Directors is approved.
The moral balance sheet, the financial statements for the financial year and the forecasts are presented to the members of CITRA at this General Meeting in the presence of the Bureau, the Chartered Accountant and the External Auditor.
The Board of Directors also meets once a year to define the founding members of the Bureau. In charge of the routine monitoring of the functioning of the structure, the Bureau is made up of 4 permanent members (the President, the Vice-President, the Secretary and the Treasurer) who can be accompanied for their decision-making by scientific and technical advisers.
Finally, a college of industrialists and academics constitutes the Scientific Committee of CITRA whose role is the orientation of the structure towards innovative and coherent technological choices for its development.
