After a busy 2025 full of projects and a strong start to 2026, CITRA used its annual general meeting to take stock of its activities and present its plans for the future.
Since CITRA is an association, the general meeting is an opportunity to approve or reject proposals for changes to the organization’s structure. 2025 allowed CITRA to continue its growth. Here is a summary of the items discussed at the general meeting:
- Receipt and installation of the new Multicoat 5 thermal spray system.
- Participation in 9 trade shows and technical conferences, including MATTRIS, the ACTENA Days, and Ceramic Network.
- Maintenance of ISO 9001 certification.
- A significant increase in customer satisfaction, exceeding our targets.
- Continuation of the ADDISURF 3 program, structured around four key areas: additive manufacturing, process control, duplex technologies, as well as transportation, energy, and sustainable development.
This meeting also provided an opportunity to present the actions planned for the current year, while anticipating numerous changes to come during the 2027–2030 period. Among the main objectives:
- The inauguration of the CRTS during the second half of 2026.
- Preparations for the new ISO 9001 certification cycle in early 2027.
- Anticipating future developments and changes in our ecosystem at the local, national, and European levels.
These strategic directions reflect our commitment to continuously improving our expertise, equipment, and services in order to meet the needs of our clients and partners more effectively.
